I have just finished my first Mindful Movement session with Nicole and I can not wait to start the next 6 weeks. Nicole’s style of teaching is very easy to follow along with! I feel very accomplished after each session—the workouts challenge me, but in a very enjoyable and fun way—I finish sweaty, but always smiling! If you’re looking for a good workout that is fun and always changing, I strongly encourage you to sign up for this program.
I have done the 6-week movement with Nicole. I love that I can do it from my own home but still have a connection with the group. It’s a great workout and the music is on point. Her cues are easy to follow. Great work out and so much fun. Can’t wait for the next session. Nicole is a phenomenal teacher and I love how she has put all her tools in her toolbox into the class. Overall wellness in the class.

Read MoreI have been doing both the Movement sessions and the Meditation sessions. They provide an excellent balance to my life. Zumba is my very favorite exercise. It elevates my mood, exercises my body and even lowers my blood pressure! Incorporating light weights and resistance bands makes the Movement session a full body workout. I find the meditation sessions both soothing and energizing. In these turbulent times self care is so very important. I am grateful to Nicole for helping me keep my mind and body healthy!
