I have been doing both the Movement sessions and the Meditation sessions. They provide an excellent balance to my life. Zumba is my very favorite exercise. It elevates my mood, exercises my body and even lowers my blood pressure! Incorporating light weights and resistance bands makes the Movement session a full body workout. I find the meditation sessions both soothing and energizing. In these turbulent times self care is so very important. I am grateful to Nicole for helping me keep my mind and body healthy!
