I have just finished my first Mindful Movement session with Nicole and I can not wait to start the next 6 weeks. Nicole’s style of teaching is very easy to follow along with! I feel very accomplished after each session—the workouts challenge me, but in a very enjoyable and fun way—I finish sweaty, but always smiling!
